Neil Mendoza
Provost, Oriel College Oxford

Neil Mendoza is a non-executive director at the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). In 2017 he led two government reviews, ‘The Mendoza Review: an independent review of museums in England’ and a separate tailored review of the national museums sponsored by DCMS.

He has spent much of his business career as an entrepreneur in film, publishing, marketing and technology sectors. Neil is currently on the board of Meira GTx, a gene therapeutics company. He is also Chair of The Landmark Trust, a Commissioner at Historic England and Vice-Chair of Soho Theatre.
