Hugh Chamberlain
UK Corporate Social Responsibility Lead, Johnson & Johnson

Hugh is responsible for leading Corporate Social Responsibility in Johnson & Johnson’s UK businesses since July 2016.

He previously lead J&J’s Procurement Social Responsibility programme across Europe and has been J&J’s Social Procurement champion. Hugh describes himself as a social intrapreneur and innovator.

Hugh has over 25 years of experience in Procurement and supply chain management.  He has worked across a range of sectors including Aerospace, Consultancy, Telecoms and Healthcare.  His experience covers strategic spend management, global category management, implementation of purchase to pay processes and head of Procurement roles.

Hugh has an Engineering degree from Loughborough University and is a member of CIPS.  He joined Johnson and Johnson in 2005.
