Oxford Innovation has been making a positive difference for over thirty years. We identify businesses with growth potential and deliver the bespoke support that they need to scale-up through business coaching, incubation and access to investment. By improving commercial competency, businesses become more resilient, create jobs and generate wealth. The economic growth benefits both the businesses and their local communities.
Our team of business coaches is drawn from industry and they all share a common commitment to developing businesses and the people within them. They draw upon their own exceptional commercial achievements to build trusting relationships that allow us to explore the often deeply sensitive issues that are the key to unlocking the potential of the individuals and their businesses.
Our Innovation Centres create supportive communities of entrepreneurs that enable early-stage businesses to flourish and grow. Each Centre that we manage is financially sustainable and generates real economic outputs aligned to the objectives and goals of our Clients.
Our angel network, OION Ltd, plays a vital role in connecting ambitious businesses with experienced investors. The network focuses on enabling early stage high growth companies looking to raise equity investment rounds of between £80k and £1.5m across a broad range of sectors.
