The Oxford Brookes Enterprise Centre is set to launch in early 2022 with the support of Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP) and will focus on start-ups and early stage companies in health and life sciences, digital technologies and related sectors.  The Centre comprises ScaleBase, which offers office space, co-working and meeting areas, and a multi-purpose enterprise space, and the Bioinnovation Hub which offers shared use of well-equipped CL2 labs and access to specialist equipment and support. The Centre will provide facilities for around 25 companies.

Oxford Brookes is rich in industry-relevant expertise and research knowledge, with a successful track record of collaboration with the commercial sector, and impressive intellectual property earnings. The University has a track record in supporting industry partners to secure funding for collaborative projects, through schemes such as Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.
