Jane has over 15 years’ experience in HR and specialises in the Science, Technology and Engineering sectors. She has also spent several years outside of HR as an operational line manager. Her advice and guidance is practical and down to earth, and always tailored to your business.

Jane is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has worked extensively with senior executives, board members and operational line managers to get the best out of their people; handling complex disciplinary and grievance situations, issues such as poor performance, absence and successfully mediating solutions in the workplace.

My HR experience has been gained across a range of sectors including media and publishing, science, technology and engineering. I have also had first hand experience of managing teams in both operational and office environments, so I am able to bring down to earth, practical HR solutions to my clients. I have worked extensively with senior directors and operational managers, to help them to get the best from their people, managing complex disciplinary and grievance situations, dealing effectively with issues such as capability and poor performance, sickness absence and relationship breakdown in the workplace. I have also managed large scale restructure and redundancy projects, TUPE transfers and designed programmes to improve employee engagement and develop line managers.

I’m passionate about what I do and committed to working alongside you, getting to know your business so that I can support you with practical and workable HR solutions and take the stress away.
