Useful Information

Breakfast Sessions
There are two breakfast sessions at Venturefest Oxford. If you wish to attend a breakfast session, please register your place on the Book Now page. A light breakfast will be available from 07:30 with the sessions starting at 07:45. Entrance to the breakfast session is included within the main event ticket price.

Cash Machine
The closest cash machine is in the Santander branch in the Colonnade Building at the front of the John Henry Brookes Building on the Headington Road.

Cloakroom
There is no formal cloakroom at the Venturefest Oxford.

Exhibition
The exhibition will be located in the Forum, in the John Henry Brookes Building. A full list of exhibiting companies is available on the Exhibition page. The exhibition is open from 09:00 to 17:00.

Innovation Showcase
The Innovation Showcase will be located in the Forum, in the John Henry Brookes Building. A full list of showcase companies is available on Innovation Showcase page. The showcase is open from 09:00 to 17:00.

Food and Drink
As part of your ticket you will be provided with vouchers that can be exchanged at any of the café points inside John Henry Brookes Building between 09:00 and 17:00.

Security
Please do not leave any bags or personal belongings unattended. Please note that there is no formal cloakroom.

Sessions
Seating in sessions is available on a first come, first served basis. You can view the full programme here.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building. If you do wish to smoke, please go outside the Forum, and use the designated smoking area.

Transport
A free shuttle bus, generously provided by the Oxford Bus Company. All journeys on the 400 Park&Ride service, Oxford Brookes Busses U1 and U5 are complimentary. We’ve put together some travel information for you here.

Venue
The event will take place at Oxford Brookes University, Gipsy Lane, Oxford, OX3 0BP. Please arrive via Gipsy Lane into the Clerici Building where registration will take place.
