Eileen started working with entrepreneurs in 1999 through a start-up consultancy company and small fund based in the Oxford Innovation Centre. Since 2001 Eileen has worked for Oxford Innovation as part of Oxford Innovation’s Projects Team. Working on projects relating to business development for SMEs and has specific background in business support.

Since 2004 Eileen has managed Oxford Innovation’s angel networks under OION Limited, highlights include leading the due diligence negotiations for OION Ltd to establish a Co-investment Programme with a leading corporate bank in 2008 prior to OION Limited’s involvement in the Angel CoFund. More recently Eileen has been instrumental in launched of the new SEIS fund under OION Ltd with fund manager Invotec.

She recently participated in the IPO Round Table group to support the development of the publication Banking on IP: IP Finance Toolkit. In 2012 Eileen helped develop the Angels4LifeSciences network with two Life Science professionals, Nesta and the BIA, this network is working in support of the MedCity initiative. Eileen has project managed several European programmes for Oxford Innovation all around business development for SMEs. Eileen is currently supporting companies under the Enterprise Europe Network with speciality in Business Finance.
